Hatch Green Chili

Every year during the Hatch Chili Festival, we get a delivery of beautiful hatch chilies. We roast these peppers and use them in many tasty dishes. One favorite is our Hatch Pork Chili, made with slow-cooked pork and our roasted peppers.
